About Les Pfenning

I have been a Realtor® for over 30 years, have closed 1000's homes in the Denver Metro Area, and have helped 1000’s buyers and sellers realize their real estate dreams. I am in the Top % of all Realtors® in the U.S. and Colorado. My specialties are residential re-sale, new construction/development, banking, and financing. I have extensive knowledge in real estate transaction coordination, title insurance, and mortgages. Additionally, I have been involved in developing and building small subdivisions as well as a variety of other business entities and partnerships. 

Married to the love of my life, Sharon, and have 2 beautiful children, Jonathan and Jenna. I come from a very large family if I don’t know you. I might be related to you!

My Wife and My Children! I love those sweet hugs and kisses from my daughter every morning; coaching my son in football and basketball, traveling, golfing, and dining with my wife. Colorado.
