About Heather Cullen

Heather fell in love with Colorado during her first visit to Boulder in 2014. She was immediately taken with Boulder’s small-town feel, majestic views, and active lifestyle - a mirror to her own upbringing in rural Ontario, Canada. She officially relocated here just weeks after that first visit, and hasn’t looked back!

After earning her Bachelor’s Degree at the University of Guelph, Heather began working with a variety of small start-up companies in the Toronto area in marketing-focused roles, which uncovered her passion for marketing and business development. Her natural entrepreneurial skills were rounded out with additional education in Small Business Management at Front Range Community College.

In 2016, Heather began working under the mentorship of Barb Silverman, an esteemed Realtor® in the Boulder area with over 30 years of experience. Working with Barb at LIV Sotheby’s International Realty was a dream come true - it seamlessly blended Heather’s passions and skills with the responsibilities required for successful real estate transactions. Thanks to Barb’s strong and consistent guidance, Heather’s role as an assistant expanded to include more aspects of the business. She continues to work alongside Barb in a solid partnership, supplementing her knowledge with both hands-on experience and continued education.

Since diving headfirst into the Boulder real estate market, Heather has had the privilege of working with clients at every price point.
