About Evelyn O'Neill

Evelyn O’Neill comes to LIV Sotheby’s International Realty from Durango, CO, where she spent seven years in the real estate industry with Coldwell Banker. She is a graduate of the University of New Mexico, where she received a BA in Marketing Management.

Evelyn and her husband of 31 years, Jack, built high-end custom homes for many years while Evelyn was VP of Marketing at her husband’s Civil Engineering Company and also worked in interior design as a private consultant. Her well-rounded knowledge of custom homes and marketing has given her a competitive advantage in this market.

An exceptionally hard worker, Evelyn is dedicated to providing the best possible service in her work. In return, she built strong relationships with her clients who love her. Evelyn knows that clients want their needs met, but also their expectations exceeded, and she goes above and beyond for them because she cares. She is able to comprehend the exact vision of her client’s dream homes and will do everything in her power to find the perfect location and house, even for those who are out of town and are not able to view it in person. She has closed many deals for her clients who haven’t stepped foot in the home, and it was everything that they hoped for and more!

In addition, she understands and analyzes the Real Estate market consistently, which enables her to give her clients the most relevant information, and she knows how to negotiate in order to provide a competitive advantage over the competition.

Evelyn and her husband have a 27-year-old daughter, who graduated from Colorado State University with a Marketing Degree and is married and expecting their first child. They also have a 24-year-old son, who was in a life-changing car accident three and half years ago and has been recovering since. He is partially disabled from it, so she makes it her mission to be there for him and help him live the best possible life.

Hiking the mountain trails has been a long-time passion for her, so coming to the Boulder area was an easy transition. Evelyn and her husband Jack enjoy boating, snowmobiling, snowboarding, skiing, and camping. Evelyn also feels passionate about helping others in need and giving back to the community through volunteering. Her favorite place to give back has been Soup Kitchens and helping the homeless. She serves at Community Food Share in Louisville, Arvada Food Bank, A Precious Child, and Erie Uplink (Food in Backpacks for kids).
